I imagine that this property has struck you with its beauty,
And I imagine it because that's what happened to me too.

We are in Macerata Feltria but in the hills with a dominant view of our Apennines.

To get to the house you have to travel a stretch of road of about a km that is not in perfect condition, but this does not affect the beauty and tranquility of the place.

Arriving at the address, we enter the property and then find our swimming pool on the right, perfect to use on hot summer days.

To be able to park we have several outdoor parking spaces, and precisely three on the pool side (before arriving at the pool itself coming from the entrance gate) and two always on the pool side but after having passed it.

The outdoor patio with oven already makes you understand how to spend summer evenings, after spending the days in the pool, as I was saying previously.

The entrance to the house opens directly onto the kitchen, also with an excellent oven to use, and passing the same we find the first double bedroom with attached bathroom.

Being a building dating back to 1809, the ceilings are very high and this has allowed us to build a huge mezzanine with a wood-burning fireplace where our living room, or relaxation corner, is developed, depending on the situation.

Crossing the threshold of the sleeping area, two double bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a space with another mezzanine and 4 beds and a service bathroom, where the laundry corner has also been built, await us.

Overall, the house has about 190 square meters of housing, which is why all these rooms have been developed, while with garage and cellar they are well over 200 square meters commercial.

In addition, in addition to the private garden of about 500 square meters (where we also find a well very useful for irrigation) an agricultural land of about 13,000 square meters is also sold as a body, used mainly as a forest for wood.

Heating is provided thanks to a gas cylinder covered in the garden, while both photovoltaic and solar panels (used mainly to heat the pool water) can be used for electricity supply.

Like all properties, this one also has its criticalities: in addition to the arrival road which is, as mentioned, poorly maintained and unpleasant, the property is not totally independent, it is combined with two other civil homes (lived in all year round), and this means that the inhabitants of the other two units can take advantage of the access road that passes in front of the property for sale.
