We offer a historic townhouse in the centre of Luras, built-in 1874 of local granite, typical of the traditional houses of Gallura.<br /><br />The house is on three levels. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms and a kitchen overlooking a courtyard. On the first floor, there are the bedrooms and on the second floor, there is an attic.<br /><br />In the courtyard, there is a small outbuilding of 42 square metres.<br /><br />The townhouse could be divided into two apartments or used as a bed and breakfast for tourists who have learned to appreciate this corner of Gallura, in the north-east of Sardinia, an area rich in history and traditions.<br /><br />Luras is known as the guardian town of the Dolmen; four are perfectly intact. Nearby are some thousand-year-old olive trees. The most famous is called "S'Ozzastru," about 4000 years old, one of the oldest in the world, with a diameter of almost 12 metres. Near the olive trees is the Liscia Lake.<br /><br />Luras is situated in a strategic territorial context from many points of view:<br /><br />It is about 40 km from Olbia airport and about 47 km from the Costa Smeralda.<br /><br />Many seaside resorts are less than 50 km away, such as Santa Teresa di Gallura, Porto Rafael, the enchanting Costa Paradiso and Porto Pollo, an international surfing centre. Less than 10 km away is Tempio Pausania and a little further the beautiful village of Aggius.
