Location
Montenero is a hilly district of the municipality of Livorno, famous for the presence of the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Montenero, patron saint of Tuscany.
The town was originally an isolated hamlet from the city, while in the twenty-first century it is connected to the district of Ardenza by an urbanized strip located along the Via di Montenero. A privileged location to reach the equipped beaches of the coast, less than two kilometers away, but also the cities of art and the countryside with its excellent food and wine tours.
Description 
Passing the beautiful square of the Sanctuary of Montenero, you reach the private gate of the villa and, along a road inside the private land, the residence.
The gaze is immediately enraptured by the breathtaking view that reaches the sea descending from the rolling hills where the villa was built. The architecture is the classic one of the 70s but harmonious and light thanks to the numerous views of the greenery and the horizon.
Two independent entrances lead us inside the residence. The villa is surrounded by its own private garden of 3850 sqm completely fenced. The land is rich in fruit trees as well as plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub. Terraces have been created around the house where you can sunbathe and have lunch in the open air, particularly pleasant at many times of the year, enjoying the property a favorable microclimate both in summer and winter.
