On the green hills above the small village of Lisciano Niccone is this old farmhouse to be restored with an annex and surrounding land of 1.3 hectares. 
The main house, which grew up in different periods, is on two floors. The ground floor comprises various rooms including cellars, storerooms, mullions and a bathroom. The first floor is accessed either by a small internal staircase or by a beautiful covered external loggia. Entering the house from the loggia, we find a kitchen with a beautiful stone fireplace, terracotta floors and a typical ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta tiles. The kitchen leads to a bedroom, a living room and a hallway, from which a staircase leads to the ground floor, continuing, a further room with a wooden staircase leads to the turret. This is a bright room with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills that was once used as an atelier by the former artist owner. 
From the kitchen a corridor gives access to a bathroom, the attic divided into two small rooms and a covered balcony.
Not far from the main house is the annex divided into two rooms, one of which has a fireplace, and a bathroom. Next to the annex is a terrace with a pizza oven and a brick barbecue, all covered with a lush wisteria pergola.
