Charming detached farmhouse, typical Tuscan immersed in the Pisan countryside surrounded by two hectares of land, with swimming pool and tennis court. DescriptionStrategically located on a hillock that can be reached through the typical avenue lined with tall cypresses that ends in a clearing in the center of which stands the majestic farmhouse with an area of about 250 square meters. On the ground floor there is the living area which is divided into various rooms well connected to each other, the large and welcoming kitchen with the central island, the pantry, a bathroom, the dining area and the large living room in which there is a splendid stone and brick fireplace. In the center, the stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are four bedrooms, all double, one with ensuite bathroom, as well as a second bathroom serving the other bedrooms. The attic covers the entire surface of the house, it is accessed via a comfortable wooden staircase, but it has a height that makes it practicable only as an attic.Part of the main body of the house, but with access from the outside, there are the laundry room and the boiler room serving the kitchen. At the back of the house there is another room where the wood-burning boiler that serves the heating of the whole house is housed.Condition and finishesThe origins of the farmhouse date back to the end of the 1800s, as evidenced by a plaque on the main faade, the renovation works date back to 2007 and have affected the whole house which is still in good condition of maintenance.Outdoor2 hectares of fenced land surround the house where there are also 30 olive trees and several trees that give coolness and shade, the part closest to the house is kept as a garden with some areas where there are tables and chairs to spend the summer days outdoors.
