Beautiful farmhouse completely renovated following the demolition of the old building and faithful reconstruction of the typical Marche farmhouse, reusing all the original materials for the visible parts. It is located in the agricultural area of the municipality of Jesi (An), at the top of a hill and enjoys a panoramic and secluded position while being only a 30-minute drive from the beaches of Conero, 14 km from Falconara airport and the entrance to the A14 motorway.
The relevant land has an area of 4,500sqm, partly consisting of a large tree-lined garden, a courtyard with parking area, a large terrace covered with shading sheets with panoramic views of the hills and especially of the splendid olive grove consisting of 90 13-year-old olive trees.
The house has an area of 350sqm divided over two floors connected by an external staircase, typical of Marche rural buildings, but also by a large internal staircase that starts from the entrance hall. Since the property is already used as a guest house, the entire ground floor is dedicated to guests and therefore we have a large entrance area, a relaxation lounge and a breakfast room with an outdoor terrace, a service bathroom, three double bedrooms with bathrooms all with the possibility of going out to the garden, laundry room and technical room.

The exterior walls and roof are perfectly insulated and the high-quality fixtures ensure perfect thermal insulation, all windows have mosquito nets and solid wood disappearing shutters. The heating system is Lpg, with radiators and zone valves, furthermore in 2012 photovoltaic panels were installed with a power of 3kw. In the lounge on the ground floor, a flue was provided to create a double-sided fireplace and drains were installed to add a small kitchenette.
