The location of the farmhouse is magnificent and was restored in 2002 with taste and simplicity, thus creating spaces in harmony with nature and the Marche tradition. Once guests arrive, they are in a perfect setting immersed in the quiet of our hills. The farmhouse is spread over 2 floors, and there are a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The ground floor is characterized by a series of French windows, which allow you to easily move from every room of the house to the garden. The living area consists of two large and bright rooms connected by square openings without doors. In the sleeping area there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. On the same floor there is a guest toilet, a laundry room and boiler room. This floor is mainly used as an accommodation facility. Thanks to the external staircase  in addition to the internal staircase  the first floor is completely independent, and is used as a private space for the owners. Here there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining/relaxation area overlooks the rolling hills of the Marche region. On the two opposite sides of the living area, there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with mezzanine and two bathrooms.  The house is surrounded by a lush garden of 4000sqm with 90 olive trees. The house has a 3Kw photovoltaic system that provides energy. Thanks to the internal layout of the farmhouse, it can be used as an exclusive residence but also as a B & B accommodation business.

Jesi is located in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region. The city is a treasure chest of history, art, culture in the middle of the hills, halfway between the sea and the mountains. The beautiful city wall is among the best preserved in the region. It is located in the lower valley of the river Esino and is the most important city of Vallesina. This area is characterized by a series of historic villages, surrounded by walls and rich in culture and museums, which stretch out on the hills; are the so-called "Castles of Jesi". The celebrity of this area is linked to Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, one of the largest native vines in Italy. The sea of Senigallia is 20 kilometers away.
