Villa I Mirti overlooks the Cala delle Caldane, unanimously defined as the most beautiful beach on giglio island. You can reach it on foot, through a beautiful path easily walkable, walking in the greenery and enjoying the spectacular sea below for about 15 minutes after leaving the car at the Cala delle Cannelle car park. Alternatively, from the Port, with a boatman service that in summer every half hour, in five minutes of navigation, lands on a comfortable moletto 20 meters from the entrance. The villa is located in a property of about 2800 square meters that start from the beach, where there is a very comfortable construction that can be used as a storage of equipment or storage for a small boat.

Going up the granite staircase that leads to the villa, you immediately get the idea of the view you enjoy and at the same time the confidentiality of the property. 

The main feature of the villa are the spectacular terraces of 180, 70, 50 and 30 square meters that, on various levels allow access outside from various points of the house.
