 Obtained from the renovation of an eighteenth-century village with its historic chapel, it is proposed as a versatile and elegant place, made up of three main bodies: Villa Nuti, a large Country House including 15 apartments, each served by a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and a large independent structure used as a restaurant with a capacity of up to 300 people, whose large windows allow you to appreciate the splendid surrounding Gubbio valleys.
 Outside, the swimming pool and the well-kept green garden offer a suggestive atmosphere, excellent for setting up buffets and banquets during the summer.
 
 
 Villa Nuti, measuring over 1,700 square meters and transformed thanks to a recent renovation into a welcoming and sophisticated resort, is fully furnished and equipped with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The Country House, on the other hand, born from the restoration of the ancient rural nucleus, offers 15 two-room and three-room apartments.
 The large external estate has 30 hectares of land and also includes a tennis and soccer field, a solarium and a panoramic swimming pool with whirlpool and children's area. Inside the complex, it is also possible to find a large area perfect for organizing business meetings and conferences.
