The farmhouse is spread over two floors with the living area on the ground floor consisting of a large entrance hall, bathroom, living room with fireplace and direct access to the panoramic porch, large kitchen with fireplace and direct access to the second porch (equipped with a wood oven and barbecue ) pantry / technical room and laundry  with access to the third porch (currently in use as a cover for the car and wood) From the entrance a comfortable staircase connects us to the first floor where we find 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a balcony with panoramic view. 

Land
The farmhouse is surrounded by approximately 2.7 hectares of land divided between arable, a walnut grove, forest and a large fenced garden with various plants and trees including approx.120 olive trees. The garden is completed by a 10x5m panoramic swimming pool with solarium, jacuzzi, shower and a sauna. Magnificent view over the valley all the way to the Cimini mountains and the town of Montefiascone. Unforgettable sunsets.
