Description
The farmhouse is divided into 3 independent apartments but easily reconnected into a single housing unit, for a total of 7 cadastral units of about 604 square meters, with the possible addition of 40 square meters and the main villa with an addition of 200 square meters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, for a total of 10 bathrooms and 10 bedrooms, 4 kitchens, 4 living rooms, a study and technical room.

The property is entirely surrounded by a large garden of about one and a half hectares where 129 young olive trees extend (essentially Frantoiano, Leccino and Moraiolo).
