In the heart of the historic centre of Gallipoli, a few steps from the beautiful Cathedral, we are happy to present a typical Salento house on three levels with open spaces and a sea view from the terraces.
Through an entrance on the ground floor (not shared with any other apartment), a staircase leads to the first floor where you find a large living area with a sitting room with a fireplace and a dining area. Both have access to the large balcony on the main street crossing the old town. 
On the same level, you find the kitchen, a bedroom overlooking the beautiful entrance to the communal library and a bathroom with a shower.
Through the same staircase, it is possible to go up to a walk-out covered terrace, a kind of extension of the living area with a view of the historic centre and the Municipal Library, a then you find a second bedroom with a private, eclectic bathroom.
On the third level, there is the third bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom also has a large walk-out terrace from where it is already possible to get a sea view.
Furthermore, a few steps up, there is an additional room currently used as a kitchen with its own walk-out covered terrace.
This is the best place to organize evenings with friends or guests during the hot summer evenings. Through outdoor stairs on the terrace, it is also possible to get access to the panoramic roof terrace which comes with an additional external kitchen and built-in sofa from where you can enjoy a broad sea view.

The house is in good structural condition, it comes with the traditional star vaults typical of Salento houses and with a unique concrete floor with coloured details.
