Lod is a hamlet of the municipality of Antey Saint Andrè, famous for its lake, protected home to native fauna species, it is located at an altitude of about 1500 meters on the border with the municipalities of La Magdeleine and Chamois, it is located on the eastern side of the valley, like a panoramic terrace dominating the valley of Valtournenche, enjoying a priceless exposure both from a climatic and landscape point of view. It can be reached in less than half an hour from the Chatillon/Saint Vincent motorway exit, going up towards Cervinia. Its strategic position allows us to quickly reach not only the ski resorts of Breuil Cervinia, Chamois, Torgnon and La Magdeleine, but also the entire wonderful territory of the Aosta Valley which includes, in addition to the International Casino de la Vallèe, castles and medieval buildings, museums, the Mont Avic Park, the Gran Paradiso Park,  all the other ski resorts, Courmayeur Val Veny with the Sky Way, the Monterosa Sky in Val dAyas and Gressoney, Pila, La Thuile, Cogne and many other small but no less pleasant resorts and many other artistic, cultural, historical and food and wine testimonies. 
The property we propose is a ground/sky building to be renovated of four floors above ground and surrounding land.
Currently, there is a renovation project that involves the construction of an eco-sustainable structure consisting of seven apartments and a commercial space to be used, if necessary, as a restaurant.
There are, however, no constraints in wanting to build structures with other destinations.
