The house is located in the countryside between Fano and Urbino. Situated on a hill and surrounded by vineyards, golden corn and sunflower fields, this 150-year-old restored farmhouse features a total of 7 rooms. 

It boasts stunning views over the hills and landscapes all the way to the Adriatic sea and the Apennines where the air is still pure and clean. 

The house is set apart from the tourist crowds and you can discover its surrounding small villages where life continues as the easy going pace of 50 years ago.

5 minutes from the village of Isola Del Piano, 30 min from the seaside, 30 minutes from Urbino,1 hour from Ancona Airport.

It offers an ideal position to visit the authentic Le Marche, the hidden jewel of Italy.

The restoration started in 2012 and was completed in 2015.

The exterior style has been preserved as the building is protected by the Italian Cultural and History Administration, but the interior has been entirely re-organised in a highly comfortable yet minimalist style with careful attention to detail.

Tradition meets a contemporary design based on clean lines, simplicity and pure materials such as old stones, oak beams and cotto The black Modulnova kitchen is the beating heart of the house.

The 7 rooms and bathrooms have been stylishly renovated, with white and beige being the primary colors. 

They have all been deliberately designed to be spacious and this gives them a certain sober tranquility. The furniture in the bathrooms, designed by the owner herself, contrasts with the exposed ceiling beams and craftsmanship of old stone walls. 

All rooms offer all modern conveniences, such as Full Hd Led television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and dressing. 

They offer plenty of space and are designed to give an air of tranquility. This results in a successful harmony between the authentic elements and modern conveniences. 

For the main colors of the rooms, we deliberately chose white, beige, wood and natural stone.

Each room has an En-suite bathroom with a rain-shower, marble sink, toilet and bidet. 

The former barn has been transformed into an annex and contains a bathroom and a kitchenette in white marble, airco,full Hd Led Tv and Wifi.

The pool(11x4) and its terraces (17x7) have been designed to compliment the surrounding garden  of 7600 sqm and nature, with stunning panoramic views.
