A few minutes from the centre of the ancient, medieval town of Force, and only 30 minutes away from the provincial capital of Ascoli Piceno, a partially restored farmhouse lies with land of approximately 17,000 square meters.

The property is situated in a very private position with a dominant southern exposure. The panoramic views sweep over the surrounding hills and countryside, reaching the reliefs of the Monti della Laga and the Gransasso d`Italia.
