Farmhouse that extends over about 16 hectares of land, located near a small medieval village, just 20 minutes by car from the sea of Follonica. 
Location 
The farm offers a spectacular view of the countryside of the Upper Tuscan Maremma and also enjoys the proximity of the main communication routes. It can be easily reached via the Ss1 Variante Aurelia Livorno-Grosseto state road, Pisa airport is about an hour and a half away by car, while Florence airport is about 110 km away. The city of Grosseto is only 50 km away.

There is also an outdoor swimming pool (16x8) complete with technical rooms and relaxation areas, an outdoor Jacuzzi, children's playground, barbecue area and wood-burning oven as well as several buildings used as technical rooms / warehouses for the storage of tools and machinery.
