Inside you can appreciate rooms frescoed by the painter Arrigoni who wanted to create rural atmospheres inspired by Mugello as well as coffered ceilings decorated in tempera. To complete the property there is a lemon house, with the possibility of creating two apartments inside.

The property is in its raw state, and is being restored, currently consisting of four real estate units that can be divided into seven.
