Settignano is the very first hill of Florence historic property of about 1800 square meters with breathtaking views of the city, consisting of Villa Montenero, remembered by Giulio Lensi Orlandi in "The villas of Florence" (Vallecchi 1954) for its "beautiful location", as well as outbuildings and various residential properties divided into apartments.
