Our Exclusive - Poggio Imperiale splendid neo-Renaissance villa of about 1425 square meters with belvedere tower, outbuilding of about 240 square meters and wonderful private park of about 6000 square meters. Designed and built by the architect Gaetano Romanelli before 1883, the villa also has characteristics that can be traced back to Poggi's garden villas.
Description
The historic residence is located a short distance from Porta Romana and the historic center of Florence, served by two independent and driveway accesses, it presents itself in all its majesty and beauty. The entrance floor is accessed via a double ramp and a pincer staircase that leads to the terracing in front of the property. 
Currently the villa is home to an important commercial studio therefore set up and intended for this use.
The square plan developed on three floors in addition to the basement intended for the cellars is about 320 square meters per floor. On the ground floor we are greeted by a large atrium, a triple living room and a succession of rooms that can again be used to accommodate a family.
