Le Garzaie is an agrotourism complex consisting of two buildings. The buildings have been completely renovated with authentic materials such as old bricks, terracotta tiles and wood. Surrounded by mountains, forests and hills, the property has exclusive access to a small beach on the river. Thanks to the Calmazzo exit of the Ss 73, which is a few hundred meters away, it is easily accessible and well connected, for example, with Urbino, a renaissance city listed as a world heritage site by Unesco, the caves of Frasassi in Genga, the Rossini theater in Pesaro and the truffle capital of Acqualagna, in addition it has exclusive access to a small sandy beach on the river with fresh and crystal clear waters with waterfalls for a natural hydromassage immersed in the untouched nature of the Furlo Reserve.On the ground floor of the main building is the restaurant consisting of three large rooms, kitchen, pantry and toilets; on the first floor and in the annex we find large and comfortable rooms of different types for a total of 25 beds, the property includes about 5 hectares of land, partly orchard, additional hectares are currently rented for agricultural purposes.
