Noble Gorgeous Villa from 1905 in Fauglia.
The villa has been restored in the exteriors, the entire facades are new, and the roof which has been totally rebuilt, together with the turret and panoramic roof terrace, completely renovated.

A gate form the main road is the access to the exclusive property, which welcomes you through a short private road going right in front of the villa where an amazing original stairs leads to the front door.

The villa is about 540 sqm on 2 floors. All the interiors have frescoed ceilings, which have been covered with paint but it can be easily taken off. All rooms have the typical floors with cementine tiles, which are made by mixing cement and marble, and all rooms have a different kind of cementine making each room unique. 

The ground floor consists in: entrance in a wide hallway, on the right two big rooms, one where you can still see the frescoes, and a fireplace, on the left a first bedroom with bathroom and the kitchen. Wonderful traditional staircase leads to the first floor where there are 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Then the attic with two more big rooms, which could be bedrooms and the beautiful and unique exclusive roof terrace reachable through the original spiral staircase.

In the interiors no works have been done but the A/C in the ground floor, new shutters, the doors are wonderful in good condition, but the electrical and plumbing systems as well as all the bathrooms, need a restoration.  It is not necessary to destroy the floors for the systems as in the corner of the villa there are empty columns to make the pipes pass to reach all floors.

The turret has been already restored with an electrified opening and lights system.

On the left side of the house theres the cellar, restored.

On the rear side on the house theres a small part not renovated because it is attached to the villa and it is a volume which can be reused for a small dependance or changing rooms for a swimming pool.

A legend states that In the garden theres an hidden stairs thought for the lover of the original owner, built on 1905.
