The building is a fine example of a holiday casino, but at the same time it was also a manor house.
It has three floors in exposed brick, the central body is raised with a gabled roof on which a weathervane with cross and cat is placed.
The architecture on the front is sober and harmonious.

The whole, which is well integrated into the natural environment, is made suggestive by the park of 5000 square meters and in particular by two cedars, one from 1916 is on the front, the other from 1835, is next to the villa.

The villa needs a radical renovation.
