Near Lake Como, just a few minutes from the romantic Bellagio, stands Tenuta di Eupilio. This wonderful estate surrounded by a unique park consists of a manor house and a stable partly used as an outbuilding. Tenuta di Eupilio is divided into two structures, a manor house and a farmhouse partly used as a stable. Manor House: It measures about 650 square meters and is mainly on one level, except for the laundry room which is located in the basement. In a dominant position with respect to the entire estate, it has a rectangular shape with an outdoor area in the center where it is possible to have lunch in the slightly cooler seasons sheltered from the currents. Each room has its own direct access to the outside and the main entrance is in a hallway that leads to the large living room with TV area and a beautiful fireplace. Continuing to the right we find 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and a master bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. To the left of the hallway we find the dining room, a service bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms with joinable beds and two bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub. Dependance: The farmhouse is located on a lower terrace than the main villa and is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a central fireplace surrounded by benches where you can enjoy the fire in the coldest periods and an open kitchen with a large dining table that can accommodate 18 people. Going up to the first floor, a wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 double bedrooms and a double bedroom and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. The estate is surrounded by a beautiful fenced park of about 6 hectares in size, mostly maintained as an English lawn and planted at the back of the villa by evergreen trees that shade the driveway while on the front side fruit trees and a greenhouse. The entrance to Tenuta di Eupilio is via an entrance driveway that leads to the main villa. Walking along this road we can already see the magnificence of the park by encountering a waterfall with its own pond born from a natural spring on the property. Arriving at the main villa we immediately find the covered and uncovered parking area of the property and a large porch in a panoramic position where we find the outdoor dining area consisting of a dining table, barbecue and a brick wood-burning oven as well as a relaxation area furnished with sofas. On the side of the villa we find the pool area with relaxation area and sunbathing areas. Going down towards the farmhouse, on the left side of the property we find a concrete tennis court with changing room area and showers while on the right side we find an amateur football field and a heliport. The beautiful irregularly shaped swimming pool (about 120 square meters) has been built in a dominant and panoramic position and is equipped with counter-current swimming and hydromassage area. Access to the pool is via two ladders, it is purified with chlorine with white PVC lining, the lighting is both internal and external and the depth varies from 1.40 m to 2.00 m. The grass solarium area is set up with sun loungers, umbrellas and a relaxation lounge. The swimming pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.
