A landed estate of close to 55 acres (22 hectares) containing four buildings at a short distance from the center of Dogliani, in an enviable position suitable for growing vines, hazels and other crops. The size and location of the estate within the unique vineyard landscapes of Piemonte represent a genuine rarity among Langhe properties.
