Description 
Just 800 meters from the characteristic village of Cutigliano stands the hotel of 1600 square meters set in its private garden of about 900 square meters. The hotel is spread over three floors: on the entrance floor we are greeted by a succession of lounges and the reception. Ample space has been dedicated to the restaurant area that can accommodate up to a maximum of 160 people. The exclusive area dedicated to guests has been designed on the first floor where you can appreciate 21 suites all with private bathroom and some, larger, with an exclusive sitting area.
Condition and finishes 
The historic house does not require major renovations. The systems are up to standard and the materials used in the renovation, dating back to 2007, are excellent. The floors are made of precious ceramics and many of the furnishings are custom-made wood. The façade of the building is made of perfectly preserved stone.
