The property has been completely renovated and has been transformed in a charming 4 star resort with rooms, wellness and swimming pool under the olive trees, remaining to have an ancient charm which makes part of cultural and artistic heritage of the zone.<br /><br />The property spreads between a dry stone and famous monumental olive trees of Apulia, both of them are part of UNESCO heritage.<br /><br />This farmhouse is located in Crispiano (Taranto), in the well-known zone “territorio delle 100 masserie” precisely, between Valle D’Itria and Murgia, just few minutes distant from Adriatic and Ionian sea.<br /><br />The structure is composed of various zones such as: parking area, 4 trulli transformed into guest rooms, and another 4 trulli used as a spa, then the central part spreading on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a restaurant.
