House Martin is located in a small hamlet of stone farmhouses just a few minutes from the Etruscan city of Cortona and the services of Camucia. It is a semi detached country house on two floors with 3 bedrooms. The ground floor is in typical Tuscan style with wooden beams, and a flooring partly made of stone and partly of terracotta tiles. The numerous fireplaces are distributed between the bedrooms and the living room. The top floor has a warm parquet. The very well-kept and secluded private garden is equipped with a swimming pool, a patio, a fireplace perfect for barbecues and has a beautiful view of Cortona.
