The House

The house is spread over three floors with small characteristic internal differences in height, for a total area of 225 sq.m.

Ground Floor:

On the ground floor, entrance is directly into the living areas, composed of a double sitting room, dining room, kitchen with pantry  and a guest bathroom. On this same floor, with external and also internal access, theres a large room, that may be used as a ground floor bedroom.

First Floor:

The Annex

The property goes with an underground building of about 76 sq.m., which is extremely useful both as a garage and as a storage for gardening tools and for the pool equipment. The best part is that its top is flat, thus creating an amazing terrace close to the pool with breathtaking views over the Marche rolling hills.

To the opposite side, where the garden develops, there is the 27 sq.m. Swimming pool with garden and panoramic terrace. This is the perfect spot for a pool party in the afternoon or to enjoy an aperitif in the early evening, as the sun goes down.

A small wooden shed is precious to keep pool inflatables or some additional equipment that you use daily.

The Location

This lovely property in Marche, which is just a few minutes from the small town of Colmurano (shops, bars, restaurants, groceries), can be easily reached along a very convenient paved but not busy municipal road. Only the last part (about 400 mt) is graveled and always well maintained. Indeed, you may enjoy a nice 20min walk to town, if you like. The area is extremely quiet but not isolated.

The property is between 10 and 20 minutes away from some of the nicest towns and villages in Marche: San Ginesio, Tolentino, Loro Piceno, Urbisaglia, just to quote a few. The airport of Ancona-Falconara is about one hour away.
