The property is completed by the large infinity pool, with salt water and heated, equipped with a thermal towel to prevent the water from getting cold at night, and a meticulously maintained outdoor area with plants and flowers of the area.The property is located in the municipality of Citt di Castello (Umbria), but a few kilometers from Tuscany. In a hilly position, very panoramic and in the midst of blooming nature, it is convenient to reach by a short stretch of unpaved road. It is only 4 km from the nearest town for essential supplies.
