Located in the beautiful Umbria, more precisely in Città della Pieve, in a panoramic and elevated position, this farmhouse, divided into a main farmhouse and an outbuilding, offers a unique view and privacy. 

Description
The main farmhouse, of about 200 square meters, is on two levels.
On the ground floor, accessed from a porch that offers a breathtaking view, we find ourselves in a large, very bright living room with a typical antique fireplace. Adjacent to the living room there is a double bedroom, a closet, a service bathroom and a kitchen complete with all utensils.
Going up to the first floor we find ourselves in the second living room, very large and bright, connected respectively with the closet, the double bedroom and a bathroom. Outside the first floor there is a loggia, which thanks to the exclusive staircase can be used as an independent entrance.
ANNEX N°1
Adjacent to the main farmhouse, we find the first annex. Used for use by the I.A.P., it is also arranged on two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette, a bathroom, a living room and a single bedroom. Going up to the first floor, on the other hand, we have the terrace overlooking the entire valley and a large double bedroom.
ANNEX N°2
Finally, 30 m from the main house, this last annex of about 50 square meters is on one level, with a large living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a fund. Also in this annex there is a kitchenette, which makes it completely independent from the main house. 
Outdoor
Agriturismo Colle Verde has a small breeding of equids, specifically horses and donkeys.
Through the latter it is possible to enjoy an unrepeatable excursion aboard a buggy, to experience an unforgettable day.
In addition, the property has 10 hectares, divided into vineyards, olive groves, wooded and arable land.
STATE AND FINISHES
The property is currently used as an accommodation facility, and is therefore under constant maintenance.
