Location
The property is located about 3-4 km from Cetona, a small medieval village that takes its name from the famous mountain where it is located. Close to the motorway and the railway station, Cetona is an ideal town, from where it is easily possible to reach the most important places in central Italy. In fact, a few kilometers away there is the railway station of Chiusi  Chianciano Terme, and always from Chiusi it is possible to enter the motorway from where you can reach them in just over 1h, to the south Rome and to the north Florence. The ski resorts of Monte Amiata are approx. 60 km while the beaches of Grosseto are just over 150 km away and approx. Lake Trasimeno is 40 km away.
Description
The property entirely in stone is very pretty and well-kept, divided very well into a living area on the ground floor and a sleeping area on the first floor. On the ground floor from the main entrance we find the dining room, a comfortable living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a kitchen with a utility room where the boiler is also located. The first floor consists of four bedrooms: one with entrance from the garden, one with en suite bathroom, one with mezzanine, plus the other bedroom and a shared bathroom.
