The property is located in Cetona, a small medieval village that takes its name from the famous mountain where it is located. In fact, a few kilometers away there is the railway station of Chiusi  Chianciano Terme, and always from Chiusi it is possible to enter the motorway from where you can reach them in just over 1h, to the south Rome and to the north Florence. The ski resorts of Monte Amiata are approx. 60 km while the beaches of Grosseto are just over 150 km away and approx. Lake Trasimeno is 30 km away.
