Original apartment located in an ancient palace on the main square of Cetona, one of the 100 most beautiful Borgo in Italy.
It has in common with another owner an elegant entrance staircase that leads to the second floor where the apartment is located, with a surface area of 150 square meters on one level. 
From the windows you can enjoy the view of the beautiful sixteenth-century square and the medieval fortress on one side and the roofs and the Valentino Park on the other. It consists of a large hallway which leads to a living room with a large fireplace, a dining room, two large bedrooms, one with frescoes on the ceiling, a single bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious kitchen with a small panoramic veranda and a storeroom. From a small study , you can access to a small stone bridge, transformed into a balcony, overlooking the ancient alley and the square. The house needs a minimum renovation.
