A hilly and panoramic position not isolated but secluded from traffic, immersed in the verdant and well-kept hills of Chianti. Florence Airport can be reached in just 30 minutes by car while the main amenities such as restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
Description
The structure of over 1400sqm is composed of several buildings, but all dedicated to welcoming tourists with maximum comfort and production of wines and oils of the highest quality. There are 8 apartments of various sizes and 4 rooms with all services for agritourism use for a total of 33 beds, as well as an apartment for residential use, restaurant with equipped kitchen equipped with both indoor and outdoor room, authorized for 50 seats with a service license also for external people and with the license to organize private parties also by the pool with a maximum capacity for 110 people. 
The production part is represented by a large cellar for winemaking, 2 warehouses and a company office with a sales point. 
Outdoor
A 5-hectare garden for guests' use, a large swimming pool with outdoor spaces for sunbathing and eating are the real pluses of this property. There is also a beautiful pond where you can walk around during the days sheltering from the sun under the trees. The property includes a large parking lot for 30 cars and is available to both guests of the structure and external guests.
The adjoining agricultural land has a total area of 20.6 hectares and is divided into different crops including 11.72 hectares of vineyard of which 8.4477 square meters D.O.C.G Chianti Colli Fiorentini, a part dedicated to the olive grove for a total of 1.6 hectares, for use of the restaurant to give products at km 0 a large vegetable garden of over 250 square meters while other land is divided between arable land and woodland.
