In the high pine forest of Castiglioncello, 5 minutes walk from the beaches, beautiful apartment surrounded by greenery overlooking the sea. An exclusive parking space is present from the first access through a private road and two portions of exclusive garden surround the property. A further pedestrian access leads us to the door of our house which is well cared for and well finished. A kitchenette integrated into the living area is organized and comfortable, adjacent to the living room a panoramic balcony that allows you to organize a suggestive relaxation area.

The sleeping area consists of two double-sized bedrooms and a small but functional adjacent bathroom. Going down a wooden staircase you reach the floor below where a space organized as a further bedroom, reinforces the vocation of hospitality of the house. A further second bathroom, of important dimensions, completes our beautiful apartment in Castiglioncello.
