The property is located on a hill not far from Castiglion Fiorentino with all services and not far from Arezzo, which a bigger town with rich history and plenty of places of interest, boutiques and restaurants.

Trees, planted several years ago, have grown much and disturb the views, but removing some of the branches and perhaps a few trees, would unveil the beautiful panorama of Val di Chio, Montecchio Castle, Castiglion Fiorentino and Valdichiana.
The land is partially fenced and has an automatic entrance gate.  Access is through tarmac road with last few hundred metres of well-maintained dirt road.
