As we drive through the countryside of Valdichiana, heading to the village of Brolio, we arrive at the property and immediately notice it's tranquil location and 360 degree views.

The main gated entrance of the property leads into a private gravel parking area. 

The property is comprised of two buildings, the main farmhouse and the large annexe. 
The property is currently being used as an agriturismo/hotel and therefore the property has been divided into apartments, 6 in the main building and 3 in the annexe, in 2000. 

The property offers the opportunity to continue the activity, or convert the main farmhouse into a large, stunning family home with the annexe providing guest accommodation or apartments for a smaller activity. The options with this property are vast!

As we walk from the front of the property, through a covered walk-way, we are lead into the large garden area with vast lawn space, beautiful flower beds and shrubs and the eye is lead to the large swimming pool and beyond this, the wonderful view of Cortona. Exiting the main farmhouse and crossing the gravel driveway, we enter the annexe where there are three apartments, all with one en-suite bedroom, living room/dining area, with wooden beams and independent accesses.
