Description 
The remarkable estate for a total area of about 7300 square meters consists of a pretty medieval village which includes the elegant manor house dating back to the seventeenth century of about 1228 square meters and the splendid underground and perfectly equipped cellar of 2077 square meters. The estate covers a vast area of 133.7 fully productive hectares and is divided into 33.1 ha of vineyards, 6.7 ha of olive groves, 47.1 ha of arable land that offer the possibility of cultivating additional vineyards or crops as well as 40.9 ha of woods and 3.8 ha of pastures. Of paramount importance is the fact that all agricultural efforts are diligently conducted through the application of organic methodologies. The company had the organic certification in 2012 and its wines are of great quality, every year they are included in the best world guides with high scores. Currently, the annual production of wine is about 75000 bottles, with a potential capacity of 415000 bottles. Chianti Classico Docg is produced for 15.2 ha and Toscana Igt for 17.9 ha and the varieties produced are Sangiovese, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay. The production of oil reaches up to 3000 kg per year. It produces 1.8 ha of Chianti Classico PDO and 4.9 hectares of Chianti Colli Senesi PDO and the varieties produced are Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino.
