Casale di Suasa is a beautiful country house with 6 apartments located among the rolling hills and the enchanting rural landscapes of the Marche region. A few minutes from the medieval village of Castelleone di Suasa and San Lorenzo in Campo.  15 minutes from the well-known village of Corinaldo and about 30 minutes from the sea. The property is surrounded by 4,900 sqm of garden. It houses a lovely swimming pool with panoramic views, two annexes and the main house. The latter consists of two floors.
Ground floor: an apartment with living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and veranda. A common room with kitchen and toilet, an office space, laundry room and a utility room-technical room conclude the floor.
On the first floor there is the owners' private house-apartment consisting of a living room with fireplace, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a closet and the large master bedroom with private bathroom.
A short distance from the main house there are two annexes.
In the annex on the left there are two apartments consisting of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In the other annex there are the last two apartments, built in 2010, furnished and equipped with every comfort, with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bright bedrooms. Each apartment has its own outdoor space. The complex is connected to municipal water and heating with LPG and a wood-burning stove. Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Castelleone di Suasa is located in the Marche region in the province of Ancona. The village is surrounded by greenery and surrounded by history.
