 POSITION
 This spectacular villa, located in the heart of Tuscany, overlooks the famous Florentine castle of Lari. The location of the villa offers a picturesque view of the Pisan plain on one side and the Pisan mountains on the other.
 Internal description
 The residential complex consists of 2 buildings and 3 adjacent rooms: the Villa, the annex (an additional home), the garage, the storage room and the changing rooms of the tennis court/swimming pool. In the rear part of the villa there is the barbecue and the pizza oven. The swimming pool (12 x 5 m and 1.40 m deep) is located in front of the villa and is characterized by two statues of cherubs pouring water from small jars. This gives a unique atmosphere to the atmospheric environment. In the rear part of the villa there are three distinct paths, which cross the forest full of oaks, olive trees and other local species (beech, holm oak, laurels, etc.).
