Awarded by the Touring Club with the Orange Flag as a symbol of excellence in terms of hospitality and local attractions, the municipality of Casciana Terme Lari offers residents and visitors numerous cultural and food and wine activities. 
Particularly appreciated by lovers of natural beauty, the village has maintained the medieval urban layout through picturesque houses that wind along the typical alleys surrounded by the countryside of the Pisan hills. Casciana Terme Lari is home to numerous architectural and landscape attractions, from the Castle of the Vicari to the famous spa complex built by Federico da Montefeltro in 1311, now modernized.
The beauty of the territory gives an added value to this enchanting farmhouse located in a hamlet of Casciana Terme surrounded by a garden with swimming pool and large outdoor areas. A perfect combination of elegance and rustic style, the property consists of a main body divided into three levels, to which are added the Church of San Martin del Colle and a welcoming annex. 
A cozy outdoor courtyard precedes the front door that accompanies the visitor inside a first sitting room equipped with a fireplace and direct access to the kitchen. Starting from the latter, continue with the dining room: a spacious and bright environment with a large table, relaxation area with sofa and mezzanine floor overlooking the living room. The warmth of the materials extends from the central body reflecting on the nuances of the facades of the adjacent structures, from the church to the annex. 
The farmhouse is spread over an area of about 340 commercial square meters and is equipped with a heating system, traditional with radiators and wood with thermo-fireplace that allow to take advantage of the double feeding, wood or methane according to the needs of future owners. 
As per tradition, the floors are made of Tuscan terracotta, the wooden fixtures with double glass and the rooms are enriched by vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, the interiors enjoy maximum lighting thanks to the excellent exposure of the building. 
Made with the typical travertine of Casciana with golden shades, the chapel contains original details such as the semicircular apse joined by recent restoration works that have incorporated additional elements such as the sail bell tower that elevates above the hut façade. Starting from the apse and for more than two thirds of the total length the building is supported by a traditional tanning masonry that alternates with bricks and small drafts cemented by mortar beds. The result is a church that has been able to preserve the charm of historic buildings and integrate touches of modernity, making it perfect for hosting weddings, baptisms or other events.
The property is completed by a delightful annex with lounge and kitchen equipped with a wood-burning oven, whose interior overlooks the beautiful garden that runs along the farmhouse. 
Outdoor areas include a vegetable garden, a pergola equipped with barbecue, and a lovely bar area located close to the pool. The presence of the latter, embellished with elegant terracotta cladding and the solarium area adjacent to the splendid olive grove, gives enormous added value to a property that could skillfully be converted into a perfect location for events and weddings.
