The Secret GARDEN

We offer you this house with an ancient flavour, where every detail recalls the style of the old manor houses and that a wise renovation in the 90s has been able to maintain the typical Tuscan style of the country manor houses and that on the outside gives us a charming garden where you can relax.
 It consists of the house, an external annex, a commercial space and an external space used partly as a garden and partly as a courtyard. The property is free on three sides, completely fenced and thanks to a large wrought iron gate you can access it by car. 
 The house is arranged on three levels and each level covers a usable surface area of approximately 100 m2.

On the ground floor on the east side is the entrance to the commercial premises, which can be made communicating with the home again if desired, providing additional space possibilities for the home.

 The generous dimensions of the house allow for various solutions, such as the possibility of obtaining more real estate units as there are multiple entrances from the outside that give the possibility of independently accessing the building, or using the stairwell as a common area and taking advantage of the existence of bathrooms on each floor.
