Villa with sea view in Le Marche

Splendid villa with unique sea view, located 800 meters from the characteristic hilltop village of Campofilone and 4 km from the Adriatic coast with fenced garden, olive grove, vineyard and a Roman cistern from 1500 BC.

The villa has been completely rebuilt using high quality materials. Its location, private but not isolated, offers a breathtaking panorama, is completely exposed to the east and enjoys wide views that extend from the surrounding hills to the Adriatic Sea. The 4000 square meter fenced garden is well maintained and offers plenty of space to relax and for an eventual panoramic pool. The farmhouse is spread over two floors for a total of about 200 square meters of living space and 150 square meters of warehouses / closets as well as porches and terraces for about 100 square meters.
