Description 
We are greeted by an almost magical atmosphere where everything is harmony between rows of vines and olive trees. The village consists of three buildings. A first building of about 605 square meters has been divided into 7 apartments characterized by the living area, the kitchen, one or two double bedrooms with bathroom for a size ranging from 55 square meters to 130 square meters. A short distance away is another asset of 200 square meters redesigned in 2 apartments of 100 square meters each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to the bright living area. A last building of 190 sqm is spread over two apartments of 90m and 100 sqm. Each apartment has a private courtyard and privacy, gazebo and outdoor tables. The village is served by two splendid saltwater swimming pools respectively 17X8 m and 20X7 m.

State and finishes 
The nucleus dates back to the seventeenth century located in a dominant position between Siena and Arezzo. The buildings are made of stone and brick, the style is typical Tuscan. Wooden beams, antique terracotta and large stone fireplaces characterize all the rooms.

Bucine is located in the heart of Tuscany, just a few kilometers from Siena (30 km), Arezzo (30 km), the Terme di Rapolano (20 km), Florence (50 km) and the most beautiful Tuscan towns of particular historical value such as Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona, San Gimignano, Volterra, etc.) reachable in 40-45 minutes.
In addition, the town is easily reachable from Rome in less than 2 hours (220 km), from Bologna in 90 minutes (150 km) and in 3 hours from Milan or Turin.
