Today you are ready to visit with us a beautiful apartment located in the residential area with a splendid view of the village and the Brentonico plateau.
We are in the heart of the Monte Baldo Park, the first mountain range to be found in Trentino. The location of this village is strategic, easily accessible by car, we are just 20 minutes from the south Rovereto motorway exit and about 15 minutes from the famous ski slopes of Polsa and San Valentino but we do not forget that in 20 minutes we also find Lake Garda. We are at a height of 700 meters above sea level, it is a well-serviced village that makes it an ideal place for those looking for a quiet place to live permanently or for their holidays.
Spring is the favorite season to meet and know the rare plants and flowers that populate the Monte Baldo Park also known as the "Garden of Italy" that you can know thanks to a series of panoramic itineraries suitable for all ages and abilities.
In the summer you can dedicate yourself to any outdoor activity, excursions, horse riding or cycling excursions in the extended network of forest roads and paths, from those overlooking Lake Garda with a breathtaking view, to the Path of Peace through the places of the Great War such as trenches, galleries and fortifications!
But we enter the airy entrance crossroads of all the rooms of the house from the living area with the characteristic olle stove, a type of natural heating and that requires only two charges a day to have a steady temperature all day. The living room overlooks the balcony from which you can enjoy a splendid visit to the plateau.
The kitchen is the family room and having one habitable and facing south will ensure in addition to natural light for much of the day, unforgettable moments of growth and experimentation.
In the living area we find the first of the two bathrooms of the apartment which is a real wonder; window and balcony facing south and east that illuminate it from mane to evening, corner whirlpool tub for two people, shower with massage jets and relaxing bench, a wall that is separate behind which there are bidet and toilet.
This apartment is immediately noticed that it was designed and built to make your family live, it can be seen from the marbles, the careful choice in the materials used in the recent modernization of part of the apartment.
We access, from a door that guarantees privacy, to the sleeping area. Here the three bedrooms, two doubles and one single are located here currently used as a walk-in closet but which, with its 10 meters and the door now hidden in a wardrobe, is for all intents and purposes a real room with also a view of the third balcony.
Here we find also the second bathroom, windowed, with shower and bathtub and an essential storage room.
On the second and last floor the apartment has a large attic currently in its raw state of a hundred meters. There are already windows and veluxes in addition to the already redone new roof, it could for the time being used to build another apartment or if you want to add more space to this house
On the ground floor a large double garage, a cellar and a vegetable garden to exercise your green thumb.
