From the hallway we then access the bathroom, laundry / ironing area, machine room dedicated to the elevator and the garage, large and comfortable we access by car from the street next to it through a gate, passing through the stone pavement. From the outside we then access the boiler room, used both for radiator heating and for domestic hot water. Radiators and splits are present in every room of the house.
