Details :- Reference: DBMR-T482. Given its strategic position, the small village of Flavon, located in the heart of the lower Val di Non, is ideal for those who love nature and tranquillity. Immersed in the famous apple orchards and in nature bursting with colors and shapes, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the wonders of the valley, both scenic and historical-artistic, such as the Sanctuary of San Romedio, the numerous castles, waterfalls or the Emerald Lake Canyon. An intervention, the latter, which would make it possible to exploit the considerable surfaces available on the top floor, with the possibility of creating different rooms or even converting it into an accommodation facility with semi-independent rooms and a floor for the landlord-manager . In our opinion, this type of intervention is the one that lends itself most favorably as a solution to create a secure source of income, given the highly touristic context of the area.
