This large rustic house completely built in Langa stone is located about 2 km from the village of Bistagno, in an absolutely quiet location, surrounded by nature and from which you can admire a beautiful view, even of the village.
The total area of the buildings is about 500 square meters. A part, about 120 square meters, has undergone a slight renovation that has made it habitable (in fact there is also a connection to electricity, water and telephone and the provision for heating. The remaining part needs a total renovation that allows the recovery of all the buildings. 
In front of the main building there is a beautiful courtyard from which to enjoy the beautiful view and a beautiful porch with a wood-burning oven and a well.
