The farmhouse was tastefully renovated in 2010, maintaining the typicality of the Marche tradition. The location is great, very scenic, easy to access, good privacy, not isolated. The beach of Senigallia is 16 kilometers away
An entrance hall, living room, kitchen with veranda, a sitting room with fireplace, two bedrooms, bathroom and utility room make up the ground floor, where a new underfloor heating system has been installed.
The first floor, on the other hand, maintains the materials of the past, the floor with terracotta and grit. The typical wooden latch doors feel here, at ease.  The four bedrooms, the small study and the bathroom define the first floor.
In the fully fenced garden there are 2 annexes, one of considerable size and to be completely fixed. A second home, an annex or a guest-house, can be easily transformed.
There is a wood-burning oven at the back of the house.
Olive trees, plants of various kinds and colors surround this quiet property.
The two stoves on both floors of the house guarantee greater warmth comfort. Solar thermal panels that flow into the boiler. LPG cylinder.

Belvedere Ostrense is a small medieval village in the province of Ancona, in the Marche region. It stands on a hill, from which you can enjoy a wide panorama alternating with rolling hills adorned with vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. It is part of the territory of Vallesina, characterized by a series of historic villages, which stretch over the hills, called the "Castles of Jei Castles of Jesi. The fame of this area is linked to Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, one of the greatest native vines in Italy.
