Reference: BFXX-T47. In Barberino del Mugello, typical Tuscan stone built house, built on two levels and surrounded by a large piece of land. The proprety is curerrently under renovation and requires new window frames, electric and plumbing system, while the roof was recently restored. On the first floor there are five bedrooms and one bathroom, and on the ground floor there is a large living room of about 70 sq m with 4 columns and two other rooms. Externally to the main building, there is an outbuilding of about 90 sq m to be used as a barn, an adjacent tool at the rear side of the property of approximately 27 sq m and a quest house of 42 sq m. Both ground and first floors are with red tiled terracotta. There is also another tool shed used as garage and measuring 32 sq m. There are no restaurants or shops nearby.
